The theme of this year's Winter Renewal Retreat was Self Love.  The intention for this event was to help women learn to love themselves first in advance of Valentine's Day.

We had a wonderful afternoon filled with heart-opening experiences and soulful connections.

​The event kicked off with opening remarks from Nancy and Kim, followed by an awesome self defense demonstration with tips on self confidence led by black belt and self defense instructor Steve Mittman.

Then on to a LIVE podcast recording with audience interaction on the subject of learning to cherish our own selves with advice from our panel experts, May Ambrogi and Tina McGovern.

​Followed by a Mirror Work exercise led by Kim to help cultivate more self love.  

​Then we moved on to a group paper flower making class led by Katie Antonson, owner of a unique paper florist called Lille Syster in Easton.  

​And concluded the event with a beautiful meditation to help keep us rooted in love, led by Teri Goszka, owner of LivingRoom Yoga.  

​Of course, there were lots of opportunities for shopping, networking and making new connections!
